We will make every effort to repair or replace items purchased in the past 6 months. Repairs will not be accepted on items purchased from an unauthorized retailer, sample sale or when the damage was caused by neglect, accident, alteration, or other factors. Items purchased outside of the 6 month timeframe will be assessed for repair at the cost of the customer. We will not repair items purchased outside of 1 year. We will inform you of any repair fees for your approval prior to you sending the product in for repair.

 

All repairs must be visually evaluated before an assessment and price quote can be provided. Before returning any product for repair, please provide your order information, a short description of the repair issue along with photographs of the item to info@natalyaponte.com with subject line “Repair”. Multiple pictures and angles will speed up the process. We will provide further instruction within 7 – 10 business days. If a repair can be made, the process will take approximately 3-4 weeks.
