How do I care for and clean my jewelry? Clean your jewelry, dilute dish detergent or soap in a small bowl of warm water and soak each piece for 3 to 5 minutes. Gently clean your item by using a clean cotton cloth or toothbrush. To ensure you removed all the soap, rinse your jewelry under warm running water, and pat dry with a soft cloth. Be sure to set it out to dry before wearing it again. We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days of order date. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must include the original packaging and tags and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.

I lost an earring; can it be replaced or matched? Yes, please contact info@natalyaponte.com for a replacement.

What Credit Cards do you take? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What is the processing and delivery time? All pieces are made to order and will ship within 2-3 weeks. However certain items in stock will ship sooner. You will receive an email confirmation regarding turnaround time.

Do you offer overnight shipping? Yes, we can ship merchandise overnight for an additional fee. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes

What countries do you ship to? We currently only ship to the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
